Under Indonesian law (specifically Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan), dietary supplements and health food products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard across the supplement industry in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Unopened and unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to verification of purchase and product condition. Contact our team at [email protected] for return authorization.
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, packaging damage affecting product integrity, or expiry dates that have already passed, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging for assessment.
To initiate a return for a defective or unopened product: (1) Contact us with proof of purchase and photos; (2) Wait for return authorization; (3) Ship product back to our Medan address at your expense; (4) We will inspect and issue store credit or replacement if eligible.
The following are non-returnable: opened or partially used products, products showing signs of use, products purchased more than 30 days ago, products without original packaging, products damaged due to improper storage by customer.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued as store credit for future purchases or transferred to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection and approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees to original delivery address are not refundable.
